I am a doctoral degree candidate in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT where I also received my Masters degree. I received my Bachelors degree from Georgia Tech in Aerospace Engineering. For my PhD research, I am developing computational models for an autonomous agent to communicate effectively with human teammates by learning from high-performing human teams data. My vision is to integrate autonomous systems seamlessly into human teams, particularly in complex and safety critical domains.

Aside from my research, I am passionate about aviation. I earned her Commercial Pilot (CPL) and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) licenses in 2010. I also enjoy participating in STEM outreach opportunities including creating videos such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2vzH1MjRqQ
