Hi, My name is Ankit and I am enrolled in the SM program at Aero-Astro. My interests lie in the field of Controls and Motion Planning especially in context of Aerospace applications. At the IRG, I am currently working on developing control laws and planning algorithms that would enable robots to assist in final assembly tasks while working in a constrained environment like a fuselage cabin

Prior to joining MIT, I completed my B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) in 2013. During my time there, I was also involved in development of the Attitude Determination and Control architecture of Pratham, the student satellite project at IIT-B. Apart from studies, I dabble in photography, enjoy travelling, and often spend time discussing random topics with friends.
