Dr. Kyle Kotowick completed his Ph.D. in Human Systems Integration at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). As a member of the Interactive Robotics Group and the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Kyle's researched focused on the interface and interaction between humans and advanced technological systems. Over the course of his time at MIT, Kyle authored publications in multi-rotor UAV control, multi-modal interfaces for military and first responders, lunar emergency habitat design, and lunar mining operations. Prior to attending MIT, Kyle completed a Master's of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of British Columbia.

After completing his Ph.D., Kyle founded Invicton Labs, an information technology consulting and development firm in Ottawa, Canada. His company specializes in prototype and proof-of-concept development for technologically innovative products and services, and has worked with clients that include MIT and several of the world's largest companies in their respective sectors.
